The Practice of Habits is to perform and write a regular practice of a particular kind.

Some people believe that creating a 21 Day Practice creates a habit. Some of these people include Michael Jordan, Roy Halladay, and Serena Williams. Michael Jordan,

 a great basketball player, believed in creating a practice. He believed it so much that he developed him a habit. This habit was that even in his off seasons, he still made time in his days to make basketball shots. Tyree Jackson 

 is another sport athlete. He played Football for the Eagles. He was once placed on an unable to perform list. I'm sure this devastated him. Along with his team, there was still belief that he would be able to perform again. His team worked with him for 21 days. By working with Jackson for this period of time, Jackson produced a greater pathway of neurons. This pathway then engaged a habit. This habit formed and went on to extend his spot in playing for the Eagles. He was able to be removed off of the unable to perform list just in time for the next opening of game trials and he made it. This practice which was first developed in 21 days led these people to continue being great athletes. We see that in these amazing athletes. They had to start somewhere. They started with performing habits that would in turn benefit their lifestyles. The 21 Day Practice enhanced their discipline to stay motivated on their end goals.
